Setting Up Your WhatsApp Business Catalog

The Catalog is like your online product or service showcase — it lets customers view what you sell directly inside WhatsApp without leaving the chat.

  • Make sure it’s updated to the latest version.

Step 2: Go to Business Tools

  • Tap the three dots (?) in the top-right corner.

  • Select Business tools from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Open ‘Catalog’

  • In the Business tools menu, tap Catalog.

  • If this is your first time, tap Add product or service.

Step 4: Add a Product or Service

  • Price: Add the price (optional).

  • Description: Write a short, clear description.

  • Link or Product Code (optional): You can add a payment link, order form link, or SKU if needed.

Step 5: Share a Catalog Item in Chat
